"Customer Service- the essentials" addresses the essential core components of retail sales & customer service.
Course content
This course covers the following units of competency from the WRRO2 National Retail Training Package:
- WRRS1B Sell Products and Services
- WRRS2B Advise on Products and Services
- WRRCS3B Interact with Customers
All students successfully completing the course will be issued with a statement of attainment in these units.
The course also addresses further issues in the Retail Training Package relating to WRRCS1B Communicate in the Workplace, WRRLP2B Minimise Theft, and WRRM2B Perform Routine Housekeeping Duties.

This course is suitable for anyone looking to enter the workforce in the area of Retail or Customer Service. It would also serve as an excellent refresher course for those already in this area of the workforce.
