The Construction Safety Regulations state that a person must not be allowed or directed to carry out construction work unless they have undergone OHS Construction Induction Training.
OHS Act
Employers and Principle Contractors must ensure people carrying out work have relevant OHS induction training.
National Code of Practice for Induction for Construction Work (National Code)
Following the implementation of the National Code of Practice for Induction for Construction Work (National Code) on the 1 September 2009, WorkCover NSW no longer accredits general induction trainers.
The RTO
WTSD PTY LTD is approved by WorkCover NSW ( RTO approval number C09949 ) and WHSQ to deliver training as a Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) under the new national unit of competency CPCC0HS1001A Work Safely in the Construction Industry (General Induction).

OHS Construction Induction Card
WorkCover NSW and WHSQ Construction Induction Cards issued under the National Code may be referred to as an "OHS Construction Induction Card' or 'white card'. Previously known as “Green card” in NSW or “Blue card” in QLD.
