The basis of a proficient, well skilled workforce is good instruction. This requires capable Trainers who are skilled in the development, conduct and validation of Workplace training.

WTSD is a Training Organisation, which is registered by VETAB under the NSW Vocational Education and Training Act and strictly adheres to the Australian Quality Training Framework Standards for Registered Training Organisations.
Our mission is to enhance people’s skills by addressing skill deficiencies in the workplace. This will either assist people into employment or further develop existing career paths.
